French training for companies
Language and culture, never sold apart.
For organisations sending people to France, and for companies already here whose teams work in English while the country around them does not. Language training and intercultural support, which we do not sell separately because they do not work separately.

What we are asked for
Three requests, usually.
Someone is moving to France
The assignment is signed and the language is the part nobody planned for. Training can start before departure, online, and continue in a centre once they arrive. The accompanying partner is often the person who needs it most, and the one most often forgotten.
A team works in English inside France
It functions, until it does not: the informal conversations, the site visits, the suppliers, the works council. French here is not a benefit, it is what stops information stopping at the language border.
The problem is not only the language
Meetings that end without a decision, feedback that lands wrong, silences read as agreement. Intercultural work explains the code; language training gives the means to act on it. Each without the other is half a solution.
How it is delivered
Where it happens.
- On your premises, in any of the 11 cities where we have a centre.
- In our centres, which often suits people who want the training away from their desk.
- Online, live, with the same trainers, which is the only workable option for a team spread across sites.
- In intensive blocks before a departure or an arrival, when the calendar is short.
Levels and reporting
What you can measure.
Levels follow the Common European Framework, from A1 to C2, which means progress is stated in a scale your HR systems already understand rather than in a scale we invented.
Every programme starts with an assessment of each participant, and the objective is set in terms of what they need to be able to do rather than a number of hours. Costs depend on format and volume and are quoted per programme.
Corporate French training: common questions
- Can training start before our employee arrives in France?
- Yes, and it is the arrangement that works best. Online lessons can begin as soon as the move is decided, from the person's own country, and continue face to face in a centre once they arrive, with the same level record.
- Do you train the accompanying partner as well?
- Yes, and it is worth raising early. The partner is usually the one dealing with schools, doctors and administration, so they meet French sooner and harder than the employee does, and their experience is the most common reason an assignment ends early.
- Can you train a team spread across several sites?
- Yes, online, live, with the same trainers as in our centres. Mixed arrangements are also common: online for the dispersed sessions, in a centre for intensive blocks.
- In which languages other than French do you train?
- Many more, and the full list is on our French-language site. This site covers French as a foreign language because that is what our international audience comes for, but the network teaches well beyond it.
