What happens to the details you send us, and what you can require of us. The binding text is in French, and this page tells you the essentials and where to find it.
The short version.
- The details you enter in the contact form are used to answer your enquiry and to arrange your training. Nothing else.
- They are not sold, and they are not passed to anyone outside the Berlitz France network.
- Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted.

Exercising your rights.
Write to us and say what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion. You may write in English. The request is handled the same way whichever language it arrives in.
